“Brexit” is upon us. The polls appear to suggest a dead heat between “stay” and “go” with perhaps a 10% or so “I don’t know” swing factor. The UK’s willingness to remain a part of the EU could be an important signal, as there are other EU countries dissatisfied with the arrangement for one reason or another.
